Leavenworth theater asks thief to return mannequin’s stolen clothing

LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (KCTV) - George the ticket booth man is missing a few clothing items after a thief snatched them over the past weekend.

The Leavenworth Community Theater shared photos Wednesday night after George’s hat was stolen through the ticket pass-thru opening, as was half of his tear-away tuxedo jacket and part of his arm.

“As you can imagine, George is quite upset and refuses to discuss it,” the theater wrote in a Facebook post asking the community for help solving the issue.

“If you have George’s clothing, or know where it is, please return George to his former glory. No punishment, no questions. Thank you,” the theater said.
